Business situations generally are not life-threatening yet leaders often react as if they are.
Lack of facts, weak courage, political correctness and our own personal biases/filters can cause stupid reaction rather than smart response. Take a breath or two and respond in a reasoned fashion – be smart. I’m the Outsider and that’s what I think.
