This month’s Lagniappe contribution is in honor of the wonderful country of Italy. I recently spent a week with our Italian client’s executive team at their headquarters in Italy. I experienced a full measure of legendary Italian hospitality. From the friendship of enjoying family dinners, to the cordiality of multiple discussions with executives and the service in outstanding restaurants, this was a week that redefined hospitality for me. We will be upping our hospitality game here in Washington.
It is not, “just business.” This is personal. A big Thank You to the Baldacinni family and the Umbra Group executive team, Mauro the driver, Alessandro the Intern and all others who helped make the trip work seamlessly.
