I’ve been to Colorado a lot this year. Enterprise is my car rental company no matter where I land. I’m in the Enterprise club and that is unique.
I have rented from Enterprise at Denver International Airport frequently this year.
Last week the Enterprise shuttle delivered a short bus load of us from the airport to the Enterprise lot on Denver International Airport’s massive grounds.
I was the first of ten or so renters to enter the office. More than a dozen Enterprise rental agents were behind the counter waiting to serve us. They all erupted in applause and cheers as we came through the door.
Okay, so that’s a bit corny. I liked it. It was different and it put a smile on my face. It works because everything the good people at Enterprise, DIA do supports the fact that they really do appreciate my business.
They have some mojo that is beyond that of the competition.
Enterprise DIA is on the short list of businesses that I sense really do appreciate my business. That’s why they are on my short list of preferred travel providers.
Appreciation, it’s an important factor in relationships, business or otherwise. I’m the Outsider and that’s what I think.
